Step 3: Add Users

Next, invite your stakeholders and users into your Nametag organization and set their permissions levels. 

Owners are people who are responsible for managing all Nametag environments at your company. Admins are responsible for individual environments. Users and Limited users are the helpdesk or support agents who will be using Nametag to verify people.

For example, Nametag customers who have two different teams using Nametag at your customer and employee helpdesks, typically establish one or two Owners who are responsible for both environments. Support managers are Admins, while individual agents are Users or Limited users, depending on their seniority.
