How do I open it?
On mobile
If you're on a mobile device, simply tap the link to get started.
Follow on-screen instructions until you see a big blue button at the bottom of the screen. Once you press it, you should receive confirmation.
On computer
If you open the link on a device other than your smartphone (such as a computer), you'll be prompted to scan a QR code. This will help transfer the request to your smartphone, where you can complete it. Use your smartphone camera to scan the QR code, then follow the on-screen instructions on your smartphone to complete the process
