Growth Marketing Manager

Nametag is seeking a creative, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to drive awareness and demand for our identity verification and account protection solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable building and executing multi-channel campaigns targeting CISOs, CIOs, and IAM professionals. You’ll join a small, high-performing team focused on delivering compelling content and campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive revenue. Video and editing experience is highly desirable and will be a core part of the content mix.

Role Overview

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and execute marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Management to develop strategies, create and launch campaigns, and track key performance metrics, with an eye towards continuous experimentation and iteration. This role offers the opportunity to shape our go-to-market presence and play a critical role in growing our pipeline and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Development & Execution
    • Ideate, plan, and execute creative growth marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, build thought leadership, and generate qualified leads
    • Manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms
    • Develop supporting content assets including blog posts, email sequences, landing pages, and video assets
    • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize messaging, creative, landing pages, and email nurture flows
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Management to align campaign strategy with business goals and product launches
    • Support integrated marketing activities that tie into key product features, events, and customer stories
    • Collaborate with Customer Success to capture customer stories and develop customer marketing assets
  3. Event Marketing & Field Campaigns
    • Plan and coordinate Nametag’s presence at industry conferences and events
    • Build and execute pre- and post-event campaign strategies to maximize ROI
  4. Analytics & Optimization
    • Track full-funnel campaign performance metrics from awareness to revenue
    • Collaborate with Sales Ops/RevOps to understand campaign-to-revenue attribution
    • Continuously test and optimize all channels and tactics for higher conversion and lower CAC
  5. Content Creation & Storytelling
    • Develop compelling, targeted messaging for our key personas
    • Create high-impact visual and video content for social, email, and website
    • Leverage video editing skills to create short-form explainers, product videos, and customer testimonials
    • Collaborate with the web team to optimize landing pages and site experiences for traditional search, LLM search, and conversion
  6. Lifecycle & Community Marketing
    • Explore ways to engage the security and IAM community through social media, community involvement, and advocacy programs
    • Own lifecycle campaigns to support lead nurture and customer expansion

Ideal Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in cybersecurity software, IAM or IDV experience is a strong plus
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity audiences
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing on creative multi-channel campaigns leveraging paid, owned and earned channels, including social media and events
  • Strong writing skills and a knack for visual storytelling
  • Experience with video production and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, etc.)
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Webflow
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and website conversion optimization
  • Strong sense of ownership and a bias toward execution
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Compensation:

The base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $140,000 plus equity and benefits.
